Project 1: CSS-NRM : April 2007 – till date (36 months)

Onsite – United Kingdom : June 2009 to December 2009 (6 months)
As an Onsite Co-ordinator was responsible for understanding requirements from customers for enhancements of BT's mainframe applications. Develop programs and/or software design documentation to meet those requirements. Work closely with BT's live application support groups, analyze live application failures in BT's mainframe applications and provide software fixes to resolve those failures.

Offsite – India : (30 months)
As a Team Member was responsible for the following activities for use in British Telecom Software, for telecommunications equipment like PSTN lines, ISDN lines, etc.:
• Acted as a DU owner and WPC (Work Package Co-ordinator) for various work packages.
• Developed codes using mainframe languages like COBOL, CICS, JCL, REXX, DB2 & IDMS.
• Performed Unit Testing as well as wrote Program Specifications for various codes.

• Co-ordinated various VV&T activities.

• Provided Support to various internal and external teams within Tech Mahindra and outside.

• Wrote the RDT (Requirement Definiton Template) for various work packages.

• Reviewed various IRE’s (Initial Requirement Estimates), Guidelines, FP’s (Function Points) for various requirements.

• Had various calls for discussion with customers for clarifying the requirement.

• Prepared various Unit Test Plans, System Test Plans, Integrated Test Plans.

• Dealt with the Networks and Repair Handling part of BT.
